Ordering

The price, weight, ingredients and allergen information shown at the moment you pay are the terms of that sale. We record them against your order, so a later change to a product does not change what you bought.

We may decline or cancel an order and refund it in full — for example if a batch fails, or if we cannot deliver to your address.

Payment

Retail orders are paid at checkout by card through Square, or by Zelle.

A Zelle order is held for you while you send the payment, and confirmed when it arrives. If it has not arrived within the time stated at checkout, the order is cancelled and nothing is owed.

Approved wholesale accounts are invoiced against the terms on their account rather than charged at checkout.

Food, allergens and freshness

This product was produced in a home kitchen that may come in contact with common food allergens and pet allergens and is not subject to public health inspection. azdhs.gov/CottageFood

Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight and allergens are stated against the nine US major allergens. If you have an allergy, read the product page before ordering and ask us if anything is unclear.

Our products are made in a kitchen that also handles other ingredients, so the shared-equipment statements on each product matter.

Best-by guidance is given per product. These are baked goods and are at their best soon after baking.

Delivery and pickup

Shipping is priced from the weight of the order and calculated before you pay.

If anything arrives damaged, incomplete or not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery — see Returns.

Pickup orders are held for the period stated in your ready-for-pickup email.

Preorders

A preorder is a sale of a batch that has not been baked yet. It is labelled as such before you pay, and the whole order ships together once the batch is ready.

Wholesale

Case pricing is visible only once an account is approved. Approval requires a valid resale certificate on file.

Minimum order, lead time and payment terms are set per account and stated in your approval email.

Your account

Sign-in codes are personal to you. Anyone with access to your email can sign in as you, so treat it accordingly.

You can update your name, phone number and saved addresses from your account page. To change the email you sign in with, write to us from that address.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Our Privacy page explains what is removed and what we are required to keep.
