Questions
About our taralli and grissini (Italian breadsticks), ordering, delivery and payment.
What are taralli?
Taralli are ring-shaped Italian crackers from Southern Italy. The dough is shaped into rings, boiled, then baked until crisp — they crack when you break one. They are a classic with wine, cheese and salumi, or on their own.
What are grissini?
Grissini are Italian breadsticks, first made in Turin. Ours are rolled by hand and baked long enough to snap rather than bend — for the table, an antipasto board, or wrapped in prosciutto.
How long do they keep?
They are best within 10 to 20 days of baking, and every order is baked for you, so the clock starts when we bake it. Each product page gives its own best-by guidance. They are at their very best soon after baking.
Do you use preservatives?
No. Our taralli and grissini are made without preservatives, with Italian flour, Italian extra virgin olive oil and Italian wine. It is also why they are at their very best soon after baking.
How do I get my order?
Three ways: free local pickup in the Phoenix area, local delivery across the Phoenix metro, or shipping, priced by weight and shown before you pay.
How soon will my order be ready?
Everything is baked to order, so allow up to 2 days before it is ready to ship or collect. Each product page shows its own lead time, and your confirmation email carries the estimate.
What's in them? Are there allergens?
Grissini: wheat flour, water, sesame seeds, extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar, yeast. Contains sesame and wheat. Taralli: semolina flour, dry white wine, wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, salt, honey. Contains wheat. Full ingredients and allergen details are on each product page.
How can I pay?
By card at checkout, processed securely by Square, or by Zelle to [email protected]. A Zelle order is held for 3 days while you send the payment, and confirmed when it arrives.
What if there's a problem with my order?
If anything arrives damaged, incomplete or not what you ordered, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will refund or replace it.
Do you sell to shops and restaurants?
Yes. Shops, delis, cafés and restaurants in Arizona can apply for a wholesale account with case pricing and invoicing on the Wholesale page.
