Shipping

Cost

Shipping is priced from the total weight of your basket and shown before you pay, rather than as a flat fee. Baked goods are light and bulky, so weight is the honest measure.

Packing

Orders travel with rigid inserts to keep them intact. If anything arrives damaged, incomplete or not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery — see Returns.

Timing

Products are baked to order. The lead time for each item is shown on its product page and again at checkout, and your confirmation email carries the estimate.

Local delivery

We deliver across the Phoenix metro and surrounding cities, subject to a minimum order.

Delivery days and windows are arranged with you once the order is placed.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available in the Phoenix area at no cost. We will email you when your order is ready, with the address and the hours.
